The Intake Specialist is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding or case intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound and outbound client communications (calls, emails, or chats)
• Collect, verify, and document client information accurately in the system
• Assess client needs and route inquiries to the appropriate department or team
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups as needed
• Maintain and update records in CRM or case management systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate; college level or degree preferred
• At least 2 years' experience as Intake Specialist
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Good listening skills and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
• Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Setup & Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection (for WFH setup)
• Quiet and professional workspace
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts if required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with intake processes (medical, legal, or customer onboarding)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
