Position: MEDICAL DOCTOR – CLINICAL OPERATIONS / MEDICAL MANAGEMENT
Site: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Shift Schedule: Night Shift | US Business Hours | Weekends Off

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Doctor (SG 27 level) to support Medical and Clinical Operations functions. The role involves providing clinical leadership, medical oversight, and operational guidance across healthcare management programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position requires strong clinical expertise combined with leadership capability in managing medical operations, ensuring quality care coordination, and supporting cross-functional clinical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across Medical & Clinical Operations functions
- Guide and support clinical teams in case management, utilization management, and care coordination
- Review, develop, and approve medical policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Provide expert clinical input for complex medical cases and healthcare decision-making
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve medical management processes and service delivery
- Support operational decisions related to workflow, staffing, and clinical operations performance
QUALIFICATIONS
✔PRC Licensed Physician
✔Internal Medicine Diplomate (preferred)
✔Clinical/medical operations experience
✔Strong communication and leadership skills
✔Willing to work night shift and hybrid setup (Makati)
