Job Role:

• Responsible for securing insurance approval for a Skilled Nursing Facility (Skilled SNF Stay, aka Subacute)
• Customer Support: Expertly manage all inquiries (phone, email, portal) from patients, families, providers, and insurers, ensuring prompt, compassionate, and accurate responses, should be able to Maintain professional communication with payers, clients, and internal staff.
• Insurance Verification and Authorization: Handle all aspects of insurance eligibility and prior authorizations, securing timely approvals to prevent care delays.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor that the type and quantity of services provided align with what the insurance company has authorized.
• Problem Solving: Address issues that arise, such as a lack of coverage or authorization, incomplete clinical documentation, etc., and communicate them to the clinical management team

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal Skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Cloud-based applications, MS Office, Adobe, etc.
• Has the ability to prepare reports and submit them on a given schedule

Pay: Php23,813.81 - Php49,793.65 per month
