Join Our Team as a Spanish Bilingual Patient Coordinator!

As a Spanish Bilingual Patient Coordinator, you will support the U.S.-based healthcare providers by ensuring clear and accurate communication between medical professionals and Spanish-speaking patients. This role involves administrative support, translation, and coordination to help deliver high-quality patient care in a fully remote setting.

Compensation & Schedule

• $8 USD per hour
• Full-time: 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong interest in learning medical terminology

Preferred

• 1+ year experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)
• OR at least 1 year experience in a BPO or any bilingual role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) support for patient communication
• Translate medical documents, instructions, and correspondence accurately
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and patient follow-ups
• Learn and apply medical terminology in daily tasks
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support insurance-related processes when needed (eligibility checks, referrals, authorizations, claims)
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
