Full job description

  • Licensed Social Worker
  • With at least 1 year experience as Social Worker (preferably gained in hospital industry)
  • Evaluate and classify patients with regards to their capacity to finance their hospitalization and/or treatment
  • Refer patient or patient family to community resources to assist in recovery from illness and to provide access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, etc.
  • Perform basic counselling to clients and patients to help them overcome dependencies, recover from illness, and adjust to life
  • Conduct home visit/and or collateral interviews as may be necessary to get information on the real status of patients/families especially where the patient could not supply the needed information

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Hospital Social Worker: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Social Worker License (Preferred)
