Full job description

We are looking for a leader who speaks the language of healthcare. Prior experience in the medical or caregiving field will give you a massive advantage in this role.

· Background as a nurse, caregiver, physical therapist, or medical interpreter (especially those with experience working in healthcare facilities in Japan or the Philippines).

· Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care procedures, and health insurance processes.

· A natural ability to handle stressful medical situations with a calm, patient-first mindset, while leading a team of 10 staff.

· Native-level fluency, N1, N2 level in both Japanese English and Tagalog (open to dual citizens/half-Japanese, permanent residents).

· Proven experience or capability in managing a team of around 10 members.

· Prior knowledge or experience in the medical or insurance fields is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
