Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment (Iloilo)

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and testing of medical diagnostic machines and equipment.

The role involves equipment installation, technical support, product demonstrations, and client training to ensure medical equipment operates safely and efficiently. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to client sites nationwide and provide technical assistance when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical diagnostic machines and equipment.
• Conduct equipment calibration, alignment, quality control checks, inspections, and functional testing before delivery or deployment.
• Inspect and evaluate equipment to ensure proper functionality and operational readiness.
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning at client sites.
• Conduct product demonstrations, client orientations, and hands-on training on proper equipment operation.
• Respond to client service concerns and provide technical troubleshooting and support.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other required technical documentation.
• Coordinate service schedules and technical concerns with the Technical Supervisor.
• Travel to client sites nationwide for equipment installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair.
• Provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday technical support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), or a relevant vocational course in electronics or a related technical field.
• Graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Computer Engineering are not eligible for this position.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills involving machines and technical equipment.
• Willingness to learn medical equipment specifications, operating procedures, and technical service processes.
• Patient, hardworking, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of performing fieldwork and working under pressure.
• Willing to travel nationwide and render overtime, weekend, or holiday work when necessary.
• Willing to commit to a three-year employment bond following the probationary period.

Work Location

The role is based in Iloilo City and requires onsite work and nationwide field assignments as needed.
