WE ARE HIRING: REMOTE MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Are you an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant or Medical Receptionist looking for a stable remote opportunity? Join our growing team and work with a U.S.-based healthcare practice!
Position: Medical Receptionist (Remote)
Schedule: U.S. Central Time hours
Work Setup: Remote
Compensation & Payment:
- Rate: $5/hour (first 3 months), increasing to $6/hour thereafter
- Payment Method: Wise
- Payment Cycle: Biweekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming patient calls
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Verify insurance and check payer portals
- Manage tasks within the practice system
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient information
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or Medical Virtual Assistant (preferred)
- Strong English communication and listening skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work during U.S. Central Time hours
