JOB SUMMARY: Supports Physician staff, screening, sorting documents, and telephone calls; scheduling patient appointments and arranging referrals; billing patients and maintaining office files and patient records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the needs of the patient

Performs Reception and clerical work

Responsible in making and filling up of outpatient records according to specialist in alphabetical order system.

Provide new patients with forms and other documents that they must fill out

Assist the doctors and prepare the supplies needed if there’s any procedure to be done at OPD

Provide new patients with forms and other documents that they must fill out

In-charge in collecting daily consultation fees and professional fees.

Update the patients if the consultants will be able to handle clinics, or on leave or if the consultants will be late.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education: Academic Qualification (any of the following)

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (under board)

Graduate of Midwifery

Graduate of Nursing Assistant

Graduate of Care Giving
