Job description:

A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical products or medical equipment to healthcare professionals. They build and maintain client relationships, present product information, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Area of Coverage: North Luzon (District A)

• District A: Abra, Baguio, Benguet, Dagupan, Ilocos, La Union, Mt. Province
• District B: Angeles, Olongapo, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales
• District C: Aurora, Cabanatuan, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Viscaya, Quirino
• District D: Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga

Office Location: City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Staff House Locations:

• San Fernando, Pampanga
• Baguio City
• Santiago, Isabela

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement: Manage your assigned area to meet sales and collection targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain good relationships with doctors and hospital staff.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitors and market trends to improve sales strategies.
• Product Presentation: Present and explain products clearly to clients.
• Account Management: Handle the full sales process, including coordination, problem-solving, and supporting bids.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any Medical or Business-related course
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience
• Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
• Mobility: Willing to travel and be assigned to different areas as needed
• Independence: Able to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
