JOB SUMMARY

Drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s medical devices, including rapid diagnostic test kits and medical consumables, to healthcare professionals and institutions. Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that meet clinical needs while achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Promotion

• Promote and sell rapid diagnostic test kits, safety syringes, syringes, cannulas, and other medical consumables to laboratory managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and proper usage of all products, including safety syringes and cannulas.
• Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare professionals to introduce and discuss company products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Customer Engagement

• Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare professionals to introduce and discuss company products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated by marketing campaigns or referrals.

Product Knowledge & Training

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, including technical specifications and clinical applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in medical diagnostics.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities.

Other duties

• Deliver items to clients and collect checks, payments, or other required documents as needed, ensuring proper coordination, documentation, and acknowledgment of all deliveries and collections.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of Medical Technology is an advantage.
• Preferably 1–4 years of experience in medical sales, particularly in medical devices or diagnostic products.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
