Sales Service Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Service Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products to a wide range of customers, including general practitioners, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will work strategically to increase awareness, drive product usage, and expand market share. As a key contributor to business growth, the Sales Service Executive will play a vital role in building new accounts and strengthening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange appointments and conduct client visits to present and negotiate product offerings.
• Perform routine visits to hospitals and pharmacies to promote products and distribute samples.
• Provide clients with detailed product information, including pricing, warranty, nutritional value, side effects, and other relevant details.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Process orders, reservations, and ensure timely follow-up on client requests.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all contacts and sales activities.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
• Plan and organize weekly and monthly schedules in collaboration with the area sales team and manager.
• Attend company meetings, product briefings, and technical presentations regularly.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Business, or related fields.
• Prior experience in hospital placements or commercial sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, persuasive, and confident personality with persistence and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability, flexibility, and integrity.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrates sound work ethics and professionalism.
• With Driver’s License is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
