The Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring proper product presentation to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company sales goals.
  • Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the selling area.
  • Monitor product inventory and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
  • Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
