SUMMARY

  • The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the digital marketing team for developing marketing campaigns and analyzing their impact. Duties include handling communications, conducting research, preparing data reports, and initiating various marketing-related activities.
  • DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Support the digital marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
  • Overseeing the production of marketing assets.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing initiatives.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • With at least one (1) year of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google documentation tools.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
