The Role (aka what you’ll actually do)

Close deals with heart + hustle:

  • Convert leads via calls, WhatsApp, chat, email
  • Guide patients from first message to confirmed clinic booking
  • Hit (and crush) monthly sales targets

Give 10/10 customer experience:

  • Educate patients, answer questions, offer solutions
  • Follow up before/after booking for maximum satisfaction

Master your pipeline:

  • Keep CRM (Zoho) clean + accurate (95%+ accuracy)
  • Track sales, conversions, and stats like a pro

Win with the team:

  • Join coaching, team huddles, sales challenges (and win together)

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 3–5 years sales experience (B2C / healthcare / travel is a plus)
  • Can close deals, not just make calls and have the prove of sales succeed with high value
  • Speak fluent English (written + spoken)
  • Can juggle CRM, chats, calls without breaking a sweat
  • Thrive in a remote, target-driven environment
  • Can work weekends + flexible shifts
  • Show up dependable, coachable, and hungry to grow

  • You’ve worked in medical/dental tourism
  • You’ve traveled internationally (you get the vibe)
