Occupational Health (OH) Physician (Part-Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and fit-to-work medical evaluations.

- Provide medical consultation and treatment for work-related and non-work-related illnesses or injuries within the scope of occupational health.

- Review and interpret employees’ medical examination results and recommend appropriate work restrictions or accommodations when necessary.
- Oversee the company’s occupational health programs in compliance with applicable labor and occupational safety regulations.
- Assist in the investigation of occupational illnesses and work-related injuries. Advise management on workplace health hazards and preventive measures.
- Support emergency preparedness and provide medical guidance during workplace emergencies.
- Coordinate with the Company Nurse regarding employee health monitoring, medical referrals, and health records.
- Participate in health promotion activities, wellness programs, vaccination drives, and health education seminars.
- Prepare and submit medical reports and documentation required by regulatory agencies and management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employees’ medical records. Attend meetings related to occupational health and safety as required.

Job Requirements:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a valid license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
- Preferably with training in Occupational Health (BOSH for Physicians or equivalent DOLE-recognized Occupational Health training).
- At least 5 years of clinical practice; experience in occupational health is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards and other applicable labor laws.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in preparing medical reports and maintaining confidential records.
- Willing to render part-time services based on an agreed schedule (3–4 days per week or as required by company operations).

- HSE Managers & Head

Working Schedule:
- Full-time engagement.
- Schedule to be agreed upon (five to six visits per week and on-call consultation for occupational health concerns).
