Full job description

1. Market all possible client/transactions in respective areas (Government agencies and Business to Consumer (Private Sector)

2. Visit PhilGeps site for further info and opportunities/clients

3. Request payment for bidding docs to Accounts

4. Purchase bidding documents and negotiate any available RFQ's

5. Help/Assist Procurement Staff in preparing documents and double check costing (verify agency for clarifications, i needed)

6. Attend Scheduled Pre-Bid and opening of Bidding.

7. Receive Notices from agencies if awarded

8. Assist the purchaser where to order items out of stock/not available

9. Help Inventory Custodian in preparing items for delivery. Help and Assist during delivery agency.

10. Follow-up and assist agency in processing voucher. Collect payments and issue Official Receipt

11. Process any SOP asked by the agencies and give it to them personally.

12. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or top management, including

special projects and tasks that support the company’s goal and operations.
