Medical Representative jobs

The Business Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. The position develops and maintains strong professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets while ensuring ethical and compliant pharmaceutical selling practices.

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales and Marketing

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Implement sales and marketing programs within the assigned territory.
• Increase product awareness and market penetration.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and other key customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits according to approved call plans.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and product concerns.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Territory Management

• Plan and organize daily field activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
• Maintain an updated customer database.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.
• Submit required expense reports and other documentation on time.
• Safeguard company-issued equipment, promotional materials, and samples.

Compliance

• Adhere to company policies, FDA regulations, and ethical standards governing pharmaceutical sales.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of promotional materials and product samples.
• Protect confidential company and customer information.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related course.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion is an advantage.
