Description:
  • Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, medication refills, lab results, and other inquiries
  • Deliver professional, compassionate assistance to patients
  • Handle an average of 80 calls per shift with efficiency and accuracy

Benefits:

  • Pay: 40,000.00 PHP per month
Requirements:
  • Fully equipped WFH setup: stable internet, computer, and noise-cancelling headset
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Amenable to night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM local Philippine time, Sunday to Thursday)
  • Customer service / call center experience required
