In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engaging decision-makers to closing deals and driving event sales. You'll be part of a supportive environment that values performance, career growth, and professional development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience is required.
• Strong sales background in a BPO/Call Center environment.
• Above-average English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence clients.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting is preferred.
• Background in B2B and/or B2C sales is an advantage.
• Experience in Delegate Sales is a plus.
• Previous exposure to Events, Conferences, Exhibitions, or Media Sales is highly preferred.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and industry.
• Identify and acquire potential clients through telecalling, referrals, and lead generation, while analyzing their needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to engage clients, address their pain points, and successfully close deals.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and delivering essential information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships between clients and the company.
• Collaborate with the conference production team to gain insights into event programs and effectively promote them.
• Research and generate sales leads by identifying potential attendees for events.
• Conduct cold calling and direct sales to prospective event participants.
• Maintain and update sales records daily, ensuring accurate attendee details and sales data.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Assist delegates throughout the event registration process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Team Manager, Operations, and other departments as required.
• Report any issues related to communication equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality in line with company expectations.
• Provide support for online marketing initiatives as delegated by the Client (SPEX Director) or Team Leaders/Managers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
