Medical Representative Company jobs

We are looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist to support a healthcare program serving elderly patients.

Your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential patients, explaining the program clearly, helping interested patients complete enrollment and keeping their information updated in the CRM.

This is a high-volume calling role, so you should be comfortable speaking with patients throughout the day while remaining patient, professional and organized.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare support, patient coordination, medical administration, virtual assistance or a related role
• Strong outbound calling experience and comfortable handling approximately 120 to 150 outbound calls per day
• Experience communicating with patients or customers by phone, email and SMS
• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking communication, follow-ups and patient information
• Strong spoken and written English
• Good organization and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with call targets and a high-volume workload
• HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain certification

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Make outbound calls to potential patients and introduce the Chronic Care Program
• Explain the program and answer basic patient questions
• Help interested patients complete the enrollment process
• Obtain required information and consent
• Record calls, patient information and follow-ups in the CRM
• Follow up with patients through phone, email or SMS when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Work toward daily and program enrollment targets
• Follow HIPAA requirements and patient privacy procedures
• Provide administrative support related to patient outreach and enrollment

Rate

$5.00 per hour

Pay: Php52,000.00 - Php54,000.00 per month

Experience:

• healthcare support, medical admin, or patient support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Outbound calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• patient enrollment or patient outreach: 1 year (Preferred)
