About the Job

We are seeking a Patient Relations Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and guests. This role is essential in creating a seamless, welcoming, and professional clinic experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist all patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns across multiple channels (in-person, phone, SMS, and email) in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling through our electronic medical records, ensuring accurate bookings, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Training will be provided; prior system experience is not required.
  • Coordinate closely with physicians, assistant clinic manager and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate handovers.
  • Maintain and update patient records while strictly adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Oversee patient arrivals, room assignments, and real-time appointment updates.
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
  • Clinical photo documentation of patients upon arrival at the clinic
  • Assist with room settlement, basic product guidance, and simple payment-related tasks when necessary.
  • Participate in promotional activities and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Uphold safety protocols and company policies, and provide support to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College degree required.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, hospitality, or customer relations role.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and communication platforms.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work five (5) days a week. Full time, weekdays, may include weekends & holidays.

Location: Kamias, Quezon City
