We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Career Support Associate to help support job seekers and employers throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with people, and can confidently manage high-volume communication and follow-ups.

What You’ll DoJob Seeker Support

  • Review candidate profiles and assess fit for available job opportunities
  • Guide job seekers on profile completion, interview readiness, and next steps
  • Clearly communicate hiring requirements and expectations

Employer & Placement Support

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers
  • Ensure timely and accurate candidate submissions
  • Support high-volume placement activities to drive successful matches

Execution & System Discipline

  • Maintain accurate records across systems and tools
  • Track outreach activities, outcomes, and follow-ups independently
  • Follow quality standards and turnaround time expectations

KPI Ownership

  • Number of interviews scheduled
  • Placement and conversion rates
  • Accuracy and timeliness of coordination
  • Candidate and employer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in contact center, customer support, or high-volume outbound/inbound calling
  • Strong English communication and call-handling skills
  • Ability to confidently manage difficult conversations and follow-ups
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred

  • Experience in recruitment operations or hiring support
