Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Post caregiver job openings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms
• Partner with U.S.-based teams to understand hiring priorities, staffing needs, and target geographies
• Manage job posting budgets, sponsored ads, and recruitment campaign performance
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate flow
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates

Candidate Screening & Interviews

• Perform initial resume reviews and candidate evaluations
• Conduct high-volume outbound phone interviews to assess experience, availability, reliability, and overall fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews via phone and video
• Maintain professional and engaging communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and hiring standards

Pipeline Management

• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates across multiple markets
• Aggressively move candidates through the hiring funnel
• Follow up consistently with applicants to ensure momentum and minimize drop-off
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation

Compliance & Hiring Support

• Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements and hiring prerequisites
• Assist with collecting required certifications, medical clearances, and applicant documentation
• Ensure candidate files are complete and compliant with company and state requirements
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate successful onboarding

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Recruitment, BPO Recruitment, or U.S. Medical Virtual Assistance
• Previous experience recruiting candidates located in the United States
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone presence and confidence conducting high-volume outbound screening calls
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Open to a flexible schedule, including Saturday coverage and occasional evening availability

Preferred

• Experience recruiting caregivers, nurses, home care staff, hospitality staff, or other hourly workers
• Experience posting jobs and managing recruitment campaigns on U.S.-based job boards
• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting
