PropPerly is a UK-based virtual assistant agency connecting talented Filipino VAs in the Philippines with UK and international clients. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process for remote roles. Candidates with experience in remote recruitment, virtual assistant recruitment, or UK/international hiring are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

(1) Sourcing

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on Indeed and other relevant platforms.

(2) Screening

• Review CVs and applications against role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

(3) Interviews

• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Communicate interview schedules, updates, and next steps promptly.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

(4) Shortlisting

• Shortlist qualified candidates based on client and role requirements.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team and management on candidate status and hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment requirements when needed.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for remote, BPO, VA, or international clients.
• Experience in using ATS (Manatal or other apps)
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Good judgment when assessing candidates against job requirements.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recruitment deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience recruiting for UK-based clients or international companies is an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day
• UK working hours: Between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
