Medical Record Officer jobs

We are looking for professionals with a healthcare background or are licensed medical professionals for Research Administration and Financial Coordination role to support a US-based physician. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical research and financial administration—managing study documentation, formulating project budgets, tracking research expenditures, and ensuring strict HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Must be:

• Licensed Medical Professional (PRC ID) or background in a Healthcare BPO account / clinical setting.
• Background or familiarity with research financial coordination and budgeting.
• Strong clinical and financial literacy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Full flexibility to work US graveyard hours and schedules based on client needs.
• Complete commitment to full-time work (no overlapping/secondary jobs).
• Must hold a valid NBI Clearance.
• Willingness to undergo required professional training.

Nice to have but not required:

• has BPO experience
• has Experience in Electronic Medical/Health Record
• Previous experience working as Medical Scribe/Medical VA
• Familiarity/Knowledge on HIPAA Compliance

- Operating System: Windows 10 Home
- CPU: Intel Core i3 (at least 6th generation or similar)
- Memory: at least 4GB RAM
- Internet subscription: At least 10mbps (DSL/Fiber only)

Pay: From Php350.00 per hour
