Senior Healthcare Quality Manager
Salary Package: PHP 140,000 – PHP 150,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives for a US Healthcare account within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare quality management experience, strong auditing expertise, and proven leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of Quality Manager experience within a US Healthcare BPO environment.
- Minimum of 6–7 years of total Healthcare Quality experience.
- Strong background in Hospital Billing is required.
- Extensive experience supporting US Healthcare accounts.
- Proven experience in auditing and people management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating dashboards from scratch.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee quality operations for healthcare programs.
- Manage quality teams and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with client and organizational standards.
- Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop quality dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality excellence across the organization.
