Role Description:

You will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, optimized resource allocation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing operational policies, guiding department heads, coordinating with medical staff, and monitoring performance metrics to drive quality and safety. The role also involves overseeing budgets, supporting strategic planning, enhancing patient and family experience, and collaborating with HR to align staffing and development initiatives with hospital objectives. The administrator will serve as a key liaison between hospital leadership, medical teams, partners, and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management, with proven experience leading complex healthcare facilities or departments.
  • Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on patient-centered care and service quality improvement.
  • Advanced Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of Medicine and healthcare delivery processes, enabling informed decisions in a clinical environment.
  • Experience in senior leadership or COO-level roles, ideally within hospital or healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of leading change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work arrangement, balancing on-site leadership in Cavite with remote coordination and reporting.

Pay: Php300,000.00 - Php350,000.00 per month
