Position Title: Medical VA Supervisor

Work Set Up: Full Onsite

Location: 4th Floor, Norkis Cyberpark Building, Bakilid, Mandaue City, Cebu — beside SM JMall.

Role Overview

The Medical VA Supervisor manages a team of medical virtual assistants, ensuring efficient patient support, compliance with healthcare standards, and smooth clinic operations. With 2–3 years of supervisory experience, the role emphasizes leadership, training, and quality assurance in healthcare outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor team productivity and implement workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline patient care.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain service quality standards.
  • Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in medical virtual assistance or healthcare support.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
