Healthcare Operations Director – Administrative Services
Permanent and direct hire
Taguig | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across multiple administrative functions to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operational priorities, optimize workflows, and support business initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting operational consistency.
  • Champion change management initiatives and successfully lead teams through organizational and process transformations.
  • Drive employee engagement and support professional development to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare or business operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex operational functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale or enterprise healthcare operations is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php200,000.00 per month
