Full job description
-We are looking for an experienced and driven-Medical Division Manager-who will oversee the operations of Provider Relations, Wellness Management, and Liaison Services teams (on-site and roving) under the Medical Division. Reporting directly to the Medical Director, this role is responsible for ensuring efficient provider and client support services, managing healthcare utilization and cost controls, strengthening provider partnerships, and leading the design and execution of corporate wellness programs.-Lead daily operations of Provider Relations, Wellness Management, and Liaison Services teams (on-site and roving).-Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met and provider/client concerns are promptly addressed.-Manage healthcare utilization trends and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality of care.-Negotiate provider contracts and oversee network expansion and provider performance monitoring.-Develop and implement corporate wellness programs aligned with organizational health goals.-Supervise, mentor, and coach supervisors and staff members for high performance.-Maintain accurate provider databases and generate operational reports for management review.-Represent the company in client and provider meetings, wellness events, and service recovery initiatives.-*Full Job Descriptions will be provided to qualified candidates-JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Healthcare Administration, or any related healthcare field.-Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, MD) is preferred but not required.-Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or wellness management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.-Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, provider contracting, and utilization review.-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.-Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.-Willing to work on-site and be assigned to Pasig area; able to travel frequently for provider visits and field operations.-VALUCARE provides our employees with a total rewards package, which includes competitive market benefits:-Guaranteed HMO on your first day-Leave benefits (15 vacation leaves and 15 sick leaves)-Performance-based bonus-Life Insurance Coverage-Health Care benefit coverage for up to 4 dependents-Retirement benefits-Annual Salary Increase-Leave Conversion-Birthday Leave-Profit Sharing-Uniform Benefit-Medicine Allowance-Vitamins Allowance-
