Medical Liaison Manager jobs

Responsible for the clinic's performance and ensure medical services are in compliance with all applicable regulatory licensing agencies.

Clinic Management

• Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for application and renewal of licenses and accreditations required for a pre-employment medical clinic and all its services.
• Define, Implement and Revise operational policies and guidelines for the clinic
• Responsible for PEME operations.

Patient Care

• Define, Implement and Evaluate patient care
• Create treatment plans
• Integrate and drive holistic healthcare approach in all medical services

Leadership

• Responsible for the direct supervision of the Medical Operations division of the clinic
• Responsible for ensuring complete workforce of the clinic
• Provide coaching, training and guidance to clinic personnel within relevant scope
• Drive performance management within relevant scope

Stakeholder Management
