As a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Medi Linx Laboratory, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality laboratory services that support accurate diagnosis and effective patient care. You will be responsible for conducting a variety of clinical laboratory tests and procedures while ensuring accuracy, precision, and compliance with established quality standards. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will directly contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare through reliable and timely diagnostic services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a broad range of laboratory tests across various disciplines, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Follow standard operating procedures, including quality control and assurance protocols.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to healthcare providers.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper specimen handling and processing
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of laboratory activities and test results.
• Comply with all laboratory safety, regulatory, and infection control guidelines
• Stay updated on industry advancements, laboratory technologies, and continuing education to maintain licensure and certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field, with valid licensure as a Medical Technologist (MT)
• With atleast 1-2 years experience being Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) and/or ASCP (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in in-depth knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies, instrumentation, and procedures.
• Amenable to work in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
