  • Data entry: Input alphanumeric and numerical data into enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, proprietary databases).
  • Verification: Cross-check entries against source documents (forms, scanned images) to ensure accuracy.
  • Record maintenance: Organize and update digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Data cleaning: Use Excel functions, filters, and scripts to remove duplicates and standardize formats.
  • OCR processing: Convert paper records/PDFs into machine-readable formats and proofread outputs.
  • Result verification: Reviews laboratory or clinical results for completeness and accuracy before release.
  • Result releasing: Provides results to patients or authorized representatives, maintaining privacy and professionalism.
  • Compliance: Handle sensitive records securely, following Data Privacy Policy or company policies.
  • Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on data entry activities and anomalies • Tracking/Monitoring: Ensure all monitoring logs, trackers, and documentation are consistently updated and properly maintained.
