Job Responsibility:

● Secures patient documents from medical providers or their offices

● Reviews patient records following a preset guideline

● Retrieves & stores patient documents to and from databases

● Coordinates with medical staff in providers’ offices for any urgent needs

about document requests

● Coordinates with patients for any immediate needs concerning orders for

medical supplies

● Verifies insurance benefits and eligibility via providers portal or by calling to ensure claims will be processed smoothly

● Process pre-authorization requirements as mandated by the insurance

● Make phone calls to doctor’s office, insurance companies and patients as

necessary

● Other duties as assigned

Experience / Skills:

● At least 0 - 6 months Call center or BPO experience

● Knowledge of Windows application, Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar

software applications, proficiency preferred

● Strong communication skills required

● Knowledge of customer service programs and databases

● Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills

● Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls

● Superior organizational and time management skills

● Ability to identify challenges, underlying issues and make recommendations for process improvement

● Proficient in critical thinking skills, and conflict resolution

Pay: Php18,040.00 - Php19,790.00 per month
