Medical Inventory jobs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Oversee sourcing and purchasing of medicines, medical/surgical supplies, laboratory items, equipment, and other hospital requirements.
• Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stock-outs, excess, and expiries.
• Manage supplier accreditation, evaluation, negotiation, contracts, and performance.
• Drive cost-saving and supplier optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of critical supplies across hospital departments and facilities.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs covering inventory, procurement cost, supplier performance, service levels, and delivery.
• Work closely with Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align supply requirements with business and clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, quality, regulatory, and corporate policies.
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans for critical or high-value items.
• Lead and develop the Purchasing, Inventory/Materials Management, Warehouse, and/or Logistics teams.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supply chain management: 8 years (Preferred)
• People Management: 3 years (Preferred)
