Medical Intern jobs

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administration Intern to support our growing vacation rental and property management team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, and project coordination, while supporting the HR team and COO with day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with headhunting and sourcing candidates for selected positions.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist with basic HR and administrative tasks.
• Support onboarding and employee-related activities when needed.
• Complete administrative tasks assigned by the COO and HR Manager.
• Assist with ClickUp by creating, updating, and organizing tasks and trackers.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help keep projects organized.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate of HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related course.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning new systems.
• Willing and available to work CEST hours.

Preferred: Previous experience with recruitment, headhunting, ClickUp, or other project management tools.
