Full job description

Inquiry Management

  • Handle all inbound inquiries via Facebook Messenger, email, SMS, and Viber within a 2-hour response time during business hours.
  • Answer questions about Iskolarium products (mock exams, flashcards, reviewer books), pricing, and availability.
  • Assist prospects in understanding the SPARK Program UPCAT Review schedule, inclusions, and fees.
  • Escalate complex product, billing, or technical issues to the appropriate team member.

Enrollment & Sales Support

  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process step by step (registration form -> payment confirmation).
  • Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled (warm lead nurturing).
  • Verify payment confirmations and coordinate with finance/admin for enrollment records.
  • Issue official receipts or acknowledgment messages upon successful enrollment.

Order Fulfillment

  • Coordinate with logistics/courier for physical product orders (flashcard decks, reviewer books).
  • Track shipment status and proactively update customers on delivery timelines.
  • Manage returns, replacements, or refund requests in accordance with SparkEd's return policy.

Student & Parent Relations

  • Attend to student/parent concerns regarding class schedules, teachers, and program content.
  • Send reminders and advisories about upcoming class sessions, mock exams, or events.
  • Gather and record student feedback and satisfaction scores after each program module.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain a daily log of all inquiries, issues, and resolutions in a tracking sheet.
  • Prepare a weekly summary of inquiry volume, common questions, and unresolved concerns.
  • Flag recurring issues to management for process improvement.
  • Update FAQs and customer-facing scripts based on new promos or product updates.

Coordination

  • Relay enrollment and inquiry trends to Digital Marketer to inform ad targeting.
  • Coordinate with Outbound Marketer about walk-in interest from school visits or events.
  • Attend weekly team briefings; align on active promotions and scripts.

Pay: Php300.00 - Php400.00 per day
