VIRTUAL MEDICAL SCRIBE

Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home

Salary: $1,200-1,300 per month, commensurate to experience

Responsibilities:

• Personal assistant to the physician
• Update EHR/EMR with patient's records
• Gather information for the patient's visit
• Partner with physician to deliver efficient patient care

Qualifications:

• A degree OR some units in allied terminologies medical course is preferred
• At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant
• At least 6 months experience as a CSR
• Live Scribing experience REQUIRED
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and medical
• Knowledge of US healthcare private insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare)

Tech Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
