Job Summary

  • Work directly under supervision of the Medical records supervisor.
  • Analyze specific portions of the medical record and assign code numbers to diseases based on the classification system.
  • Type and encode letters and reports, birth and death certificates.
  • Arrange and assemble the medical records of discharged patients of the hospital.
  • Collect and compile data from medical records for statistical and other related reports.
  • Review medical records to ensure that required reports and signatures have been included (qualitative and quantitative analysis).
  • Prepare the daily report.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate of any four year course.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
