Job Requirement:

- Graduate of any 4-year course

- Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical work

- Knowledgeable of principles of providing customer and personal services

- Knowledgeable of computer electronic keyboarding

- Can communicate effectively in talking and n writing to convey information effectively

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

· Interview patient/relative for patient data

· Entry collected data in the hospital database

· Call nurse supervisors/charge nurse to verify and reserve room for patients

· Admit patient in the Hospital Information Management System

· Conducts daily in-patient census

· Update admission logbook

· Maintain patient data confidentiality

· May perform other task required by management

· Performs other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
