We are currently in need of an HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS STAFF with the following qualifications:

· The Hospital Admission Staff is responsible for facilitating the patient admission process efficiently and courteously. They ensure accurate collection of patient information, coordinate with medical and billing departments, and assist patients and their families during admission.

Key Duties:

• Receive and assist patients for hospital admission and registration.
• Collect and verify patient personal, medical, and insurance information.
• Prepare and process admission forms and documents.
• Coordinate with the Nursing Unit, Billing Section, and HMO providers.
• Ensure accurate encoding of patient information in the hospital system.
• Explain hospital policies, room availability, and admission procedures to patients or relatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
• Experience in hospital admission, front desk, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hospital admission procedures and HMO processing is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office and hospital information systems).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
