JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs peripheral procedures
• Encodes, proofreads, and print official medical results
• Maintains logs of all official results
• Assists Doctors with the use of computers for reading patients' procedures
• Answers and redirects phone calls when needed
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records at all the times

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a Degree in a Medical or related field
• Familiarity with various medical terminologies and abbreviations used by attending Technician/Doctors
• Must have the analytical ability necessary to interpret data contained records and to assign appropriate codes and the visual acuity necessary to read and decipher the handwriting
• Must be able to communicate effectively and have customer service skills
• Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively
