Health Stat Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, Co. is hiring a FULL-TIME Medical Encoder to support our back-office operations in Marikina. This role is essential in ensuring that patient data, records, and reports are managed accurately and efficiently—supporting our clinical team behind the scenes.

This is a non-patient-facing position focused on administrative and data tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and process patient data, laboratory results, and diagnostic records
• Receive specimens and organize corresponding documentation
• Print, route, and file official reports and internal documents
• Ensure records are updated accurately and filed systematically
• Assist with document tracking and back-office coordination

Qualifications

• Preferred: Relevant experience in medical encoding or administrative work
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Organized, systematic, and able to follow structured workflows
• Must be professional, discreet, and able to work with confidential information
• Barangay and NBI clearance required prior to onboarding

• Schedule : Monday to Saturday
