Full job description
Provide technical expertise to support the sales team during client engagements, presentations, and
negotiations.
- Conduct product demonstrations of medical simulation equipment for hospitals, medical schools,
training centers, and institutional clients.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, product specifications, compliance documents, and
quotations.
- Respond to technical inquiries regarding product features, functionality, compatibility, and limitations.
- Support needs assessment by understanding client training objectives and recommending appropriate
simulation solutions.
- Assist faculty members, instructors, and clinical staff in understanding proper use of simulation
equipment.
- Provide on-site or remote technical assistance during initial implementation and training sessions.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support inventory verification, demo unit readiness, and equipment condition checks.
- Participate in internal product briefings, training sessions, and supplier-led workshops
- Assist in maintaining records related to demos, trainings, installations, and client technical support
activities.
- Prepare post-demo or post-training reports as required.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical requirements and supporting documents for bids, tenders, and
procurement processes, including but not limited to technical specifications, compliance matrices,
brochures, certifications, and product data sheets.
- Review bid requirements to ensure that proposed medical simulation products comply with client,
institutional, and regulatory specifications.
- Provide technical clarifications and responses to post-submission queries from bidding or procurement
committees, as required
- Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and related procurement meetings as the company’s
technical representative, as may be required.
- Mentor junior staff or assist in onboarding new team members.
- Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- All field assignments, client engagements, bidding attendance, product demonstrations, trainings, and
related work activities shall be subject to prior approval by the employee’s immediate head or
authorized supervisor.
