ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverages clinical expertise to develop, validate, and maintain medically accurate content used in healthcare operations, digital health solutions, clinical documentation, coding, analytics, education, and compliance.
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, structured, and standardized content.
• Perform clinical review and validation of content developed by non‑MD teams (e.g., nurses, medical coders, analysts, writers).
• Ensure clinical logic used in tools reflects real‑world medical practice.
• Proactively update content based on evolving medical knowledge.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed MD with active, unrestricted PRC license
• General Physician/Practitioner experience preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical hospital experience after residency, preferably in inpatient adult care or clinical review setting
• Strong English communication skills; able to collaborate with physicians and RNs
• Preferably with experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, or clinical practice, medical literature review, clinical documentation, and evidence‑based practice
• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Open to onsite roles in Makati with a hybrid work setup
• Willing to work full-time and night shifts
