Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused Telemedicine Doctor to provide quality medical consultations through our telehealth platform. The successful candidate will assess patients remotely, provide accurate diagnoses, recommend appropriate treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care while maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and patient confidentiality.

Successful applicants are required to complete two (2) months of on-site training at our Banawe, Quezon City office before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual medical consultations through the company's telemedicine platform.
  • Evaluate patients' medical conditions, symptoms, and health concerns remotely.
  • Provide accurate diagnoses and prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans when necessary.
  • Issue medical certificates, prescriptions, referrals, and other medical documents in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and proper medication use.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.
  • Coordinate with nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, PRC, and company policies.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
  • Perform other medical duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) graduate.
  • Must possess a valid PRC License.
  • Must have a valid PhilHealth Accreditation.
  • Experience in telemedicine, primary care, family medicine, or general practice is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records.
  • Willing to undergo two (2) months of on-site training in Banawe, Quezon City.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
