Area of Coverage:
- District H: Bicol Region, Marinduque, Quezon Province
Overview:
Responsible in the planning, organizing, and leading sales activities according for achievement of sales goals
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales objectives aligned with company directives to hit revenue and collection targets.
- Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders in assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Team Management & Development
- Conduct field coaching and regular meetings to guide sales representatives in program execution.
- Oversee personnel productivity by identifying training needs and conducting performance appraisals.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from screening to interviewing prospective sales talent.
Operational Oversight & Compliance
- Supervise the preparation of contracts, price quotations, and complex bidding requirements.
- Ensure all team itineraries and expense reports (WERs) are accurate, timely, and within budget.
- Monitor Accounts Receivables (AR) and ensure team compliance with all office policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA degree is an advantage)
- 5+ years in sales management (medical devices or similar industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel as required
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per day
