Full job description

We are looking for a high-performance Medical Biller to support a specialized anesthesiology dental practice focused on oral surgery and dental anesthesia services.

This role sits at the center of the revenue cycle for a high-complexity, high-denial-risk billing environment, where precision, follow-through, and insurance expertise directly impact reimbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

● End-to-end submission, tracking, and management of insurance claims for anesthesia, oral surgery, and dental procedures

● Apply accurate CPT, ICD-10, and CDT coding aligned with payer requirements and clinical documentation

● Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and anesthesia-specific coverage rules prior to claim submission

● Manage denials through investigation, correction, appeals, and resubmission workflows

● Post payments accurately and perform detailed account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution

● Handle patient billing inquiries via chat, email, and support channels

● Coordinate with providers, clinical staff, and insurance carriers to obtain documentation and resolve claim issues

● Maintain clean, compliant, audit-ready billing records

What We’re Looking For

● Proven experience in medical billing and/or dental billing (required)

● Strong understanding of revenue cycle management, insurance claims, and coding systems

● Experience managing denials, appeals, and payer disputes

● High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and disciplined follow-up

● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, structured, performance-driven environment

● Strong written communication skills across multi-channel support (email/chat)

Why This Role Is Different

This is a specialized anesthesia dental billing environment, which requires a higher level of precision and technical understanding than standard billing roles.

You will be working with:

● Complex anesthesia time units and modifier calculations

● Clear differentiation between surgical and non-surgical dental procedures

● High insurance scrutiny leading to frequent denials and documentation requests

● Multi-party coordination between dentists, anesthesiologists, and insurance carriers

Success in this role requires consistency, accuracy, and strong ownership of the billing lifecycle.

Work Schedule

● 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time (MST, no daylight savings adjustment)

● Equivalent to: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST/EDT dependent on

season)

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Work from home
