Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support medical and clinical operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course; healthcare-related background is an advantage.
  • With experience in clerical or medical office work is preferred.
  • Computer literate with good organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records, charts, and documents accurately.
  • Encode patient information and ensure data accuracy in hospital information systems.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, forms, and basic instructions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and document routing.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy and hospital policies.
