BASIC FUNCTIONS
Responsible for assisting and supporting in creating ways in providing exceptional customer service to all patients’ touch points.

Education : At least High School graduate or any vocational courses.
Experience : At least one (1) year experience in handling customer relations.
Training : Customer Service Training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visits and interacts with newly admitted patients within 24 hours upon admission.
• Retrieves feedback forms for In-Patients on a daily basis.
• Retrieves feedback forms for Out-Patients on a weekly basis.
• Resolves minor complaints within 24 hours upon receipt.
• Escalates complex complaints to the Total Quality Management Department (TQMD) if unresolved within 24 hours.
• Documents and records customer complaints, concerns and recommendations received for submission to the TQMD on a monthly basis.
• Facilitates the ambiance and transactional monitoring on a monthly basis.
• Schedules and assists VIP Customers for procedures, schedule and consults.
• Monitors and responds to social media inquiries.
• Handles Customer Experience improvement projects.
• Refers walk-in patients to the doctors/specialist on deck daily.
• Responds to inquiries via phone, e-mail, or in person daily.
• Refers and directs patients to the units as per patient’s requirements.
• Records and documents all refer to walk-in patients and submit to the Customer Experience Unit Lead and to the Total Quality Manager on a monthly basis.
• Receives, logs and places consultants and top management letters/mails on the logbook.
