Qualification

  • College Graduate
  • With ICD 10 Certifcation
  • With least 6 months experience as medical records
  • Can Start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and assist patient and authorized representative during admission, inquiry, registration updating of patient information, and related front-office transactions.
  • Verify patient identity, demographic information, emergency contact information, government or valid I'Ds, referrals documents, consent forms, physician orders and required admission documents.
  • Check charts and forms for completeness, legibility, dates, signatures, required attachment, and supporting documents, and coordinate deficiencies with the responsible staff or supervisor.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
