Customer Service Representative – Retail Account

Onsite | Up to ₱27,000/month | Full-time | Fresh Graduates Welcome

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide support to customers regarding retail products, orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account concerns
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain quality customer service in every interaction
  • Document customer concerns and transactions accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
  • College undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Applicants with or without BPO/call center experience are welcome
  • Good communication skills
  • Currently residing within Metro Manila
