We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Baristas!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in coffee preparation, F&B, or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and approachable
  • Willing to learn coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, equipment, and workstations
  • Follow proper food safety and beverage preparation procedures
  • Monitor inventory and assist in replenishing store supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth daily store operations
