Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications to support patients, doctors, and internal team members.
• Verify and confirm patient eligibility for consultation services.
• Accurately record and update patient information in the system.
• Gather all necessary medical details before consultations (e.g., symptoms, allergies, history, lab results).
• Schedule and monitor patient appointments, ensuring they follow standard procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries through phone calls, chat, email, and mobile applications.
• Escalate issues or exceptional cases to supervisors and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without experience; experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or customer service setting is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Computer literate and comfortable using digital tools
• Must be willing to complete 15–20 days of paid telemedicine training before deployment.
• Open to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
