Job Description:
We are seeking two detail-oriented Data Analysts to support business operations through accurate data extraction, reporting, and analysis. The role involves working with multiple platforms, including eClinicalWorks (eCW), ADP, and QuickBooks/Sage, to generate insights and maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, compile, and analyze data from eCW, ADP, and QuickBooks/Sage
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports for management
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data
• Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
• Maintain organized records and documentation of reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with eCW, ADP, and QuickBooks or Sage is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple data sources efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
