Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, encoding, and document management.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases with accuracy.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; graduates of medical allied courses (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Biology, or related programs) are preferred.
