Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound healthcare-related customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist patients and members with appointments, billing, insurance verification, and account concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance with healthcare and company policies.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualification

Allied Science Graduates

  • BSPT
  • Medical Technology
  • BS Psychology
  • BS Radiologic Technology
  • BS Pharmacy
  • Social Work
  • Midwifery and related courses

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of direct patient care experience
  • Clinical setting experience
  • Counseling background

Pay: Php29,000.00 per month
